1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8det ("8det", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 8det.app.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing your 8det account, placing any bet, depositing funds, or otherwise using the 8det platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are using the 8det platform voluntarily and for lawful entertainment purposes.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 8det platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register for and use an 8det account if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. 8det enforces a strict 21+ age policy for all Pakistani players in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gaming platforms.
• Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended 8det account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously self-excluded from 8det or any gaming platform affiliated with 8det's operating group.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited to your 8det account are your own and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

8det uses automated and manual age verification procedures. By registering, you expressly consent to 8det conducting identity checks as may be required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 8det platform, including placing bets, accessing the live casino, and withdrawing funds, you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to all 8det accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one 8det account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 8det will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.
• No Transfers: 8det accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
• Verification: 8det may require you to submit identity documents (CNIC, proof of address, payment method verification) before processing any withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform.

8det reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8det platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• 8det does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. 8det is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• 8det reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 8det endeavours to process approved requests within 24–72 hours.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5 Bonus Terms

From time to time, 8det may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the bonus offer. The standard wagering requirement is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8det reserves the right to exclude certain players or accounts from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 8det actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account suspension.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on individual promotion pages.
• Withdrawal: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus wagering that meet the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to applicable limits.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 8det platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, and slot games — are governed by specific game rules in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.

• Sports Betting: All cricket, PSL, and other sports betting markets are governed by 8det's Sports Betting Rules. In the event of a void, abandoned, or postponed event, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.
• Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes are determined by genuine physical equipment operated by professional dealers and are streamed in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, 8det will endeavour to settle the hand or round in accordance with available game data.
• Slots: All slot game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the individual game information panel.
• Malfunction: In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay, 8det reserves the right to void affected bets. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8det platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8det staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8det platform — including but not limited to the 8det brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional material — is the proprietary property of 8det or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any content from the 8det platform without prior written authorisation from 8det.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 8det software or application.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in respect of any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 8det beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8det, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8det platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or interruptions to the platform that are beyond 8det's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional details displayed due to a technical error;
• Any decision made by 8det in good faith to suspend or close an account in accordance with these Terms.

8det's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 8det account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

8det collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering and using the 8det platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, and gameplay history.
• Data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 8det platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 8det's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By using the 8det platform, you agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals designated under 8det's operating licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, or the application of these Terms:

• You must first raise the dispute with 8det's customer support team via live chat or email within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute;
• 8det will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 14 business days of receipt;
• If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under 8det's operating licence.

8det's decision on matters of game integrity, account status, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding unless successfully challenged through the applicable dispute resolution process.
